These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of RemoteWave for LG TV (the "App"), published by RemoteWave. They supplement, and should be read alongside, our general website Terms of Service, which apply across all of our apps. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use to control compatible LG webOS smart TVs on your own network.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code, except where permitted by law.
  • Use the App to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to devices or networks that are not your own.
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.

Third-Party Platforms

The App is designed to interoperate with LG webOS smart TV hardware and software that we do not control. LG may change device behavior, APIs, or network protocols at any time, which can affect App functionality. We are not responsible for changes made by LG Electronics.

No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every LG webOS TV model.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RemoteWave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
