Using Our Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use to control compatible TV hardware on your own network.

The RemoteWave name, logo, app designs, and website content are owned by RemoteWave or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks referenced on this website — including Android, Google TV, Chromecast, LG, webOS, Roku, Amazon, and Fire TV — belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe device compatibility. Third-Party Devices & Platforms
Our Apps are designed to interoperate with third-party TV hardware and software platforms that we do not control. Those platforms may change their behavior, APIs, or network protocols at any time, which can affect App functionality. We are not responsible for changes made by third-party manufacturers or platform providers.
No Warranty
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
