Local network information
To find and control your Hisense VIDAA TV, the App requests local network access on your phone. This lets the App scan your Wi‑Fi network for compatible Hisense TVs running VIDAA and send remote-control commands — navigation, playback, and app launching — directly to your device. This communication happens locally between your phone and your Hisense TV — it is not routed through our servers.
Device and usage information
We may collect basic technical information such as device model, operating system version, App version, and crash or performance diagnostics. This helps us fix bugs and keep the App compatible with VIDAA updates across Hisense TV models.
How We Use Information
- To provide and operate the App's remote-control and navigation features.
